In marketing, we work on a market research for the company Maxol.

For this GSP , we are working with Australia and America in a entire group of 12.

We met our client during a conference, and a video was made for the Australians and the Americans.

The Trinity Knot 

This is one of the most popular Celtic symbols. It is often found in the Book of Kells and on Celtic crosses. The symbol has been used by Christians as a sign of the Blessed Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit)

SAINT PATRICK'S DAY ! 

   The 17th of March is the day of St Patrick, celebrated by millions of people around the world as if it was a national day. It is celebrated especially throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. It is the most famous Irish feast.

In Ireland, St Patrick's Day is a religious day to celebrate the teachings of Christianity by St Patrick. It commemorates the arrival of Christianity in Ireland and St Patrick. He is the most commonly recognised of the Patron Saints of Ireland.

What is the history of the St Patrick's day ?

Saint Patrick was born in Roman Britain in the fourth century. His grandfather was a priest in the Christian church and his father was a deacon.

The Declaration wrote by Patrick himself explained that he was kidnapped and was brought to Ireland as a slave at the age of 16.

During six years, he worked as a shepherd and the Declaration says that he « found God »

Later, he escaped  but he returned to Ireland  to convert the Irish pagans to Christianity.

According to the legend, Saint Patrick used the three-leaved shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) to Irish pagans. 

This is why, during the Saint Patrick's day, everybody was wearing greenclothes and shamrocks. It was a lucky day.

Nowadays, this tradition is still existing  !

Irish families used to go to church in the morning and to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day in the afternoon.

During all the day long, everybody is dancing, eating and drinking in the streets.
